Batman vs the DC Universe and Marvel Universe... Heres the catch
1 Year Prep
No Morals for Batman
Hes got Wolverines Healing Factor
GL Ring with 50% power
Madrox Power to Multiply Himself
Minor Magic ability (minor black, shields)
1 Charge of Black Bolts Scream
5 hours of full Juggernaught strength
Files on Everyone he will face
Well with one year and all that do you think batman can beat everyone in these 2 universes?
Batman vs the DCU & MU
" Uh, wow... is this DC and Marvel Earth, or the literal entire universes. "Even then it Batman will get killed fast.
" @Reactor said:I don't know man... Batman's mind with zero morals, a GL ring, Juggernaut's strength, a one-shot BB scream, duplication, minor magical power, logan's healing factor, and a full year's prep? Not to mention Batman's billions upon billions of dollars and near-limitless resources - Dude, sh!t would get real if this happened... assuming he doesn't decide to nuke the planet / multiverse like Owlman." Yeah it is... He can approach one enemy at a time its not like hes fighting them all at once. The word might get out that hes killing people after a while but he gets to plan for that. Also Madrox power to multiply himself. He can dupe himself and send his clones around to learn stuff and he can reabsorb them to gain what they have learned. Not to mention using it in Battle. He can steal weapons or do whatever he wants. Remember this is batman also without morals going for kills.
Myx, Gaea and Odin aren't part of DC/Marvel Earth, they're extradimensional. Thor is too, but he has a tendency to hang out on Earth, so moot point. And I doubt RKT would be the Thor of choice here. There's nothing to assume we're not using normal power levels.
Franklin barely knows how to use his powers. Bruce could probably set up some kind of weapon to kill the dangerous peeps first, it's not like he'd confront them directly. Clyde was sleeping last I heard (not even from mainstream Earth), and MJJ... well, there's always the blowing up the Earth / Multiverse trick like Owlman. Far fetched, yeah, and I'm not positive Bats could pull it off completely, but I'm confident he could come pretty close.
Morale-less genius level characters always make the best and most dangerous villains for a reason.
EDIT: Yeah, if this is universal, Bats gets blinked away by some cosmic entity.
If it's the entire DC and Marvel universes, Batman loses. There's way too many cosmics for him to handle.
However, if it's just the DC and Marvel Earths, then Batman can do it.
The only thing I see people misunderstanding is that Batman wouldn't gather Artifacts and use them to his advantage. He'd go get the cosmic cube, the infinity gems, a Lantern Battery if not all the rings. The Ultimate Nullifier.
So with a years worth Bat prep.. and all those powers he makes Multiple Batmen and goes takes the things he'll need to do it. So yeah Batman wins..

Spend the year a) planning and b) gathering resources.
Batman with no morals? He would first obtain every artifact and piece of technology that could help him(which can be done pretty quickly with his endless clones as per OP). But if he has this many clones, I don't see why he would need a year of prep. Also, Batman with a GL ring? Seriously?
