Batman runs the Ninja Scroll gauntlet.
I'm pretty sure batman stomps this with standard gear so I've decided to give him period appropriate weaponry from the anime and some other stuff he should be able to cobble together.

If you don't know who any of these characters are you should check out the anime, it's a classic.
Round 1
Benisato - A cunning ninja that can conjure a massive amount of poisonous snakes from the tattoos on her body. She can also shed her skin if she needs to escape. This fight takes place in a temple.
Round 2
Mujuro - A blind master swordsman with superhuman hearing that lets him anticipate his opponents moves. He can also reflect sunlight off of his blade and create a flare to blind his opponents. this fight takes place in a bamboo forest.
Round 3
Mizushi - An deadly ninja armed with a spear, he has the ability to manipulate hornets and has a hive built into his back, he can also spit darts from his mouth when backed into a corner. this fight takes place in an abandoned water mill.
Round 4
Zakuro - Carries gunpowder on her person and has the ability to manipulate and detonate it, she can disperse it in large clouds and there's usually a tell tale sign before detonation, this fight takes place in an open field.
Round 5
Shijima - A ninja that can merge with the shadows and travel through them, his main attack consists of firing a retractable claw shaped projectile from the shadows. he can also create shadow clones and possess his opponents (although i don't really see bruce allowing this guy to violate his poop chute, so this is kind of a non-factor) . this fight takes place in an abandoned forest at dusk.
Round 6
Yurimaru - A master of stealth that carries a length of thin steel wire that he can use to entrap his opponents and is capable of transferring a lethal amount of electricity through it. this fight takes place in an abandoned hotel at night.
Round 7
Tessai - A brutish warrior with an armored rock form that grants him enhanced strength. He carries a massive double bladed weapon that returns to him after he throws it. this fight takes place in the street of an abandoned village.
Round 8
Gemma - A functionally immortal master ninja with impressive hand to hand skills, regenerative powers and an armor encased right arm that he uses to deflect attacks and pummel his opponents. This fight takes place on a burning ship.
Bonus round
Jubei Kipagami - A master ninja that can utilize the wind to direct a powerful ranged slashing attack using his sword. this fight takes place in an open field.
