Batman vs Superior Spiderman (Read Op)

Batmans in his Beyond suit( Bruce in it should be equal or strong enough to match Spidey's speed and agility).

Both of them get 1 hour prep

Fight takes place in Gothem

Even in the Beyond suit, I don't think Batman is anywhere near Spider-Man's physicals. Though it is arguable that his skill affords him a chance now.

Normally I'd say Spidey but screw Superior.

Well i'd say Ock is a more dangerous prepper than Bruce due to his morals so Superior should take this. If he can put Thor under mindcontrol he can do it to Batman.

Prep with his beyond suit could prove too much for Spiderman.

Also, does the beyond suit boost agility? If not then spideyock has the clear advantage. I would even argue that with the suit's strength boost that batman is still not on Spidey's level.

This might be more fair if there was more prep for Bats. Especially since Ock has shown to be quite the prep master himself, combining with his morals to make him quite a force to be reckoned with before and during the battle.

I would say Amazing Spider-man would beat Batman 7/10 times, Superior would take Batman 99/100 times even if Batman has a week to prep. Otto is stronger, faster and much much smarter. Lets say they start fighting Batman springs his trap and Spider-man seems to be defeated it turns out that was a robot, and Superior turns up and states how the robot has inserted a nanotech bomb which has been spreading through Batmans body and detonates it.

Spider-oc ftw..prep won't help bats against a guy who is also a great prepper,,I'm sure some might argue doc-oc is better sine he has little or no morals,,but not I,,,, but I think he may be on par since he is willing to do what ever it takes

superior spiderman for the win hes more ruthless and ive never seen anything to suggest the suit would allow him to match spideys stats

Batman is overrated

SpOck punishes Batman with or without prep.

Superior. I'd figure Otto would have more than enough sense to figure out a way to shut down the suit given that's more his field. Bruce while he may have the same speed agility and power doesn't really have an easy way to shut off Spidey's powers.
