I'm just so bloody tired of the inevitability of "Batman grabs the Insider Suit" comments every time Batman is losing one of these battles. 

I like both characters ALOT so it's a draw they both killed each other. Or they go on a date considering the bats looks awfully alot lik BP lol.

Okay, so what does stop Batman from putting on the insider suit here?

It seems like the logical choice to make.

batman sets traps all over gotham to capture or take down storm. he could use sonic waves to detract storm's concentration, or gas to KO her or paralyses her.

Maybe you should wait till the Court story is over before you make a judgment,the cover of issue #9 has Batman wearing a suit and Snyder has stated that it will have Batman using a lot of gadgets.

He never had any prep against Deathstroke and he has no reason to use his most dangerous weapons against Bane(and he has only had 4 encounters with Bane in 20 years).

With prep,I think Batman can come up with a device and take her down after a vicious battle.

Unprepped,he would get fried.

Bloodlusted 616 Storm frequently uses hurricane winds in order to assault people. When Storm loses control of her powers, most of the time the winds respond the most violently out of the other elements. If she sees him, his main issue will be getting any device airborne, and getting close to her at all for that matter.
