Batman w/ the Insider Suit could beat Steel's MKI Armor (the one pictured). His MKIII Armor would be a better (though not equivalent) match-up due to it's durability and versatility.

I'd still give it to Steel. Insider suit is All Bark and No Bite. It's battery will go dry before Steel has anything to worry about.

Bats ain't doin jack sh!t to Steel's armor. IIRC he's taken hits from some heavy hitters while wearing it

I don't see Batman in his Insider Suit

< withstanding blows from Doomsday. Steel's armor could take hits from Doomsday without being badly damaged (although John on the inside WAS hurt).

Steel's hammer is also pretty powerful. He was able to crack Doomsday's armor (as shown here).Although Doomsday healed pretty quickly, an attack enough to even leave a scratch on Doomsday should be enough to damage Batman's Insider Suit. I'd say Steel wins due to more durability and power.
