After fighting the likes of Scarecrow and the Joker, I doubt that the Batman will find Slenderman to be that much of a threat. Maybe a nuisance but not something to worry about.

I mean, realistically, no. Slender is not a physical being, per se. It can't be punched, beaten, or "caught." Once it's got it's eyes on you, you're going to die no matter what. However, this is pretty much Batman's specialty in the comics. I'm sure somehow he'd take this handily.
