Batman would win unless this was Demonic Slade (which is what the picture is of, in which case this is spite)

I'd say Slade. If you look at a fight sequence from either show, Slade will be shown to be more brutal, faster, and generally demonstrate more skill. That very well could just be from the generation gap between the two shows, though.
