Shrek gets bloodlusted by the smell of glorious onions, since Batman has prep he creates the onionbuster, calming Shrek.
Shrek thanks him and decides to unzip Bats pants, their mass slowly increases by the sheer force of Shrekening, by the time they're done the big bang happens, Batman returns to prepping.
Batman, even with prep, couldnt even match the holiness and ogre whelming power of the ogrelord Shrek himself. Batman would be shreked so hard, that he would be paralyzed with 200 broken bones, if he makes it, not to mention the amount onions shoved into Batman, which is almost half the amount of diamond hard layers that Shrek has, and even though Batman is trained in so called "powerful martial arts" it doesnt even compare to Shrek's knowledge of Donkeh warfare. Batman would be Shreked out with precision that has never been seen in Shrek's heavenly swamp.
In all seriousness, if you allow Shrek's Original Storybook (The Book the Movie was based on) Shrek is a Lighting Timer and has Fire Breath that can reach 99 Yards and Kill full suited Knights with it. And has A meat Cooking Vision

Yeah not to mention if you allow that to combine with Dreamworks, Shrek can lift at least 16,000 pounds, AT LEAST. Taking the fact that Dreamworks said that the average ogre can lift 20x their body weight, and taking the fact that Shrek weighs around 800 (at least a guess). Also Shrek was able to pull a medium sized dragon around in the movie and SPIN IT around while running at high speeds, Im taking it could weigh about 12 tons, not to mention Shrek picked it up with little struggle and was moving. So in conclusion Shrek was running at about 8-10 MPH so doing so doing weight times acceleration would come out to about 100 tons. But considering the fact that Shrek seemed to use about a 3rd of his potential, he should be able to lift 300 tons while slowly running. So basically batman (who can bench around 1000 pounds vs shrek who should be able to bench 600000 pounds, just a estimate). So yes I can see Shrek winning.

Alfred slaps Bruce and sends him to go to sleep. Bruce is crying now, and his face hurts. He lies in bed, and it's really cold. A sudden warmth moves towards him. He feels something touch him. It's Shrek! He's so happy! He whispers in Bruce's ear, "This is my swamp." He grabs Bruce in his powerful ogre hands and puts Bruce on his hands and knees. He's ready.
