Batman vs Shadowknight

Batman with all of his tools. Shadowknight with extreme conditioning and his sword and duraplate indestructible armor (See my profile picture for more info. He's my chracter and wanted to put him to the test against DC's posterboy). Fight to the death. Who wins?

These types of threads always remind me why I don't make similar ones with my characters. There's just no real way to know.

Feats for Shadowknight?

@Needlebay: okay, so shadowknight has samurai warrior skills, expert hand to hand combat, superior sword skills, great speed and agility, peaked reflexes, and armor which cant be broken but deals heavy damage if shadowknight is thrown to a wall or the ground

I'd say Batman with standard equiptment can possibly win.
