Any actual feats for Dragon? Any at all? He's consistently placed at the top but I've never seen any feats from him.

Batman would win by a bit more than a slim margin with equipment, but loses after a prolonged fight in pure martial arts combat. I mean, he has helped train Batman himself.

I have a few feats from here and there.

I think Richard Dragon would win the majority in straight-up HTH without gadgets. I don't know much about him, but general consensus seems to be that he's one of the DCU's top martial artists along with Karate Kid and Shiva.

Oy.....every single one of those Richard Dragon feats posted above is non-canon. Dixon's mini was out of continuity to begin with.

Batman, he has trained all over the world so he can use any use any martial art he wishes to beat him h2h and with equipment, don't forget he faced people like deathstroke or the Joker in h2h. The Joker using everything around him as an advantage, deathstroke using a high amount of skill that he has it h2h.

Batman, more strong and resistant than Richard. Batman has defeated Shiva, and he went twice in stalemate against Karate Kid. In addiction, Bruce has more knowledge about martial arts, and...just more feats than Richard.
