Wolverine's kid Raze? If so, it depends on how Raze uses his abilities. When he has utilized his shape-shifting powers in combat, he's gotten the upper hand on Logan in a fight. With only using his claws, he also gotten the upper hand on X-23 and got her restrained and was forcing her to watch the X-Men under Kid Xavier's influence fight each other, but eventually she got out and threw him through part of a stone wall or something. He got up but wasn't looking so hot until Cyclops blasted and Iceman froze him. From that fight, I'd say he was shown to be better than Kinney without having to use his shape shifting powers, but he got cocky and she flipped it on him. Then that allowed the other X-Men to capitalize.

Honestly, he reads like Daken minus the pheromones and known skill level. I think he has the potential to beat Bruce based on his limited feats and what he can do with his powers, like when he wrapped Logan up with a tentacle arm and started flying. He extended his arm and wrapped up Tempus while she was hiding in the shadows a little ways away. He's grown extra arms to fight Wolverine. He was able to get the better of Kinney. So he can get Bruce in a position where he is immobilized and he has enough skill to give a fight, but he isn't as skilled as Bruce. But he's still like 17-18 and his cockiness has betrayed him twice. It does seem he has enhanced senses, and he can be frozen up, so Bruce does have equipment to deal with him like sonics and cryo-pellets being the most effective choices. He also doesn't seem to have the pure damage soak Logan or his main kin have. One stab to the gut from Logan doubled him over, but he didn't seem to have too much discomfort, was talking still, and healed shortly after. Kinney threw him through a solid stone wall and then went to town on him, supposedly as blood was on her claws and she was pissed, and Raze looked mangled up, but Raze was getting pissed and called her stupid, so it's arguable how much he was really slowing down or if it was more cosmetic. Cyclops interrupted and shot him into the wall and Iceman froze him, and it seemed like Raze was drifting off after that but he was talking slowly. Just my interpretation of it. Also, Raze's claws seem to vary between artists. There hasn't been a confirmed length yet. Bradshaw and Immonen made them like half a foot in length, maybe less. Carey in No More Humans made them at least 6 inches, but no more than 9-10. So his claws aren't as long as Logan's, X-23's, or Daken's. So he doesn't as deep and Bruce's armor will help him a bit there.

So things like explosives, sonics, tasers (probably), and freeze pellets are Bruce's best friends here. Raze can be an extremely deadly opponent and is smart himself like when he managed to rid the world of all humans and use 616 as a salvation home for mutants of even different timelines, but his lack of experience and cockiness have costed him, even Logan mentions he talks too much. I wouldn't be surprised if he does get Batman in a bad spot, but he starts gumming away and Bruce takes the battle.
