Batman vs Prometheus with special conditions and restrictions for both.
Batman can use any gadget/ weapon that he has available to him, he can select any suit that he has available, and he is allowed to uses lethal force, and weaponry if he chooses to. However, he cannot use any vehicle other than the bat cycle, He cannot contact any of his allies to aid him and he cannot tamper with Prometheus's helmet. (Ex. in a previous match batman uploaded the pysical skill and coordination of Stephen Hawkings into the Helmet)
Prometheus can also use any gadget/ weapon that is available to him, Including his Helmet. No vehicles also. The only exception to this is that Prometheus has to rely on his own Martial skill as he is not allowed to use the CD of the 30 of the worlds Martial Arts masters into his nervous system. He is also not allowed to use the Cosmic Key to the ghost Zone, and he is not allowed to transport himself, or anyone else to that zone.
The Fight takes place in New York City, NY, Fight is to death OR KO, They both receive 2 hours of prep time, Morals are off. Who Wins?
