Vader, experience is far greater in swordsmanship and he has shown to utilize other bladed weapons(aside from his lightsaber) with the same skill he has with his lightsaber pretty much.
Vader. More experienced, and his unique fighting style is better suited to overpowering his enemies despite how skilled they are with a bladed weapon. Not to mention his armor is much more durable than Bruce's, and the morals rule means that Bruce wouldn't be fighting to kill, while Vader would be.
