Ninjak sort of sucked in his classic run, and he doesn't have enough feats in his current run. Once we see him in unity and his own solo series we can revisit this thread, but for now Batman should win.

Bump, has anyone read ninjak? I read his first volume yesterday and started the unity run. I am not saying he beats bats but I definitely recommend the book if bats is a fave of yours

I do. If Ninjak is comparable to Nightwing, then I am sure he would give Batman a good fight. Ninjak is more of a James Bond character than a Batman character.

Ninjak is a better fighter and has better weapons. he can take on Gilad. I see Ninjak winning since this is a random encounter.with prep though Batman has more feats.

Bad excuse but most of my answer got lost in my mind, but I guess....

How was Batman able to get reputation of one of the greatest fighters in DC in the first place?

Didn't he start of fighting fodder and then fought people stated to be skilled and then fought people who had some feat of fighting skilled people? Also add in statement from multiple sources claiming how good of a fighter he is.

Ninjak has done some of that. He has also been stated in numerous sources of how good of a fighter he is. Though I guess he kind of lack showing of defeating people who have feat of fighting fodder and a little skilled people.

Only person so far who is very skilled fighter and have feats he fought in current Valiant Universe is Roku, though she has kind of beaten him in most fights so far, but another factor of Ninja-K's could be character since Roku was a close person to him, hence he could not go all out.

Early fights prior to knowing Roku is Angelina, Colin was quite confident, not hesitant and did pretty well during those fights (though those fights were not flat out finished except second one, though reason why it was finish kind of related to story reason).
