Batman Vs Nemesis (Icon Comics)

Nemesis Get's a file on Batman and 2 days prep, Batman Get's A file on nemesis and get's 12 hours prep, Battle takes place In Gotham city, No morals.

i would maybe say nemesis because he is an evil sort of version of batman.

I'm gonna go with Batman. Even though he doesnt have as much prep as Nemesis, he's still smarter than Nem and will get bigger and badder things during his prep.

batman wins but nemesis was awesome and i bet he could take out the batfamily but not batman.

well i will change my mind and say batman because nemesis don't fight people above his level while batman and other mainstream comic characters fight people above their level on a daily basis
