Assuming Batman figures it out in time before he's knocked out, I think it's safe to say that's a slim assumption.

As this is a random encounter, Batman loses the first encounter.

Should he run into X a second time, I don't see things working in Mister X's favor. But ya, Bruce loses this one.

Batman can hold his own since he stalemated Cassandra Cain who almost has the same ability and on top of that he is a master of every style so wouldn't that mean he would be at least familiar with the Drunken Style. And Batman has several gadgets that would allow him to subdue Mister X since he is given standard gear.

That drunken thing really shouldn't have worked as Iron Fist wasn't even drunk.

I guess if it's a random encounter, and Batman had to stay and fight and not make a tactical retreat, X will take this.

He was drunk on chi lol but mr X gonna give it to ya hrmm he wins .

that Druken Style instance was bullshit,Mr.X has trained especificaly to counter opponents he cant read.

Batman uses the Bat-communicator which is part of his standard equipment to call his Bat-Jet which shoots a missle that blows up Mr. X

Mr. X, probably. But I wonder if it is plausible for Batman to win using ranged attacks and keeping his distance. Probably not, though.

Random encounter Batman won't know whats coming at him, if he had 24 hours prep i reckon he can take on X.

So X takes this as its random encounter

The only way I can think of Batman winning is his gadgets actually. Mister X might know Batman is throwing something but his powers don't allow him to know what the thing is exactly I believe.

So depending on Batman's gear he could win this. Otherwise Mister X has a serious advantage here.
