The difference between those 2 is that Bane actually used his wits,Masterman does'nt have even 2% of Bane's intellect.I recall Bucky being able to hurt him with a grenade.Batman carries a couple of explosive batarangs which may allow him to win.But yeah if they don't work he's screwed.
