Batman vs Master Chief

BATTLE 1
 Batman has whatever he normally has (batarangs, smoke grenades, grapple, etc.) and master chief has an assault rifle (halo 1), shotgun (halo 2), and a M6pistol (halo 1). Battle takes place in a bare arena that is 100 ft. by 100 ft. 
 
 BATTLE 2
No external weapons allowed. It's just hand to hand combat. Same arena as the first battle. 

Spite 
Master Chief

well if its just an open arena, batman can't do anything  without any pre-planning, he would get shot in a second
bare to bare combat, mc wins cus batman can't punch through that armor
 
and the fact that mc gets the halo 1 pistol, its game over, batman can't maneuver around anything
 
edit: batman can win only if he has time beforehand to change mc's bullets with blanks like he did with deadshot
