If you give Batman the same level of prep and gadgetry he actually uses to take down his most powerful enemies, then I could see him feasibly clearing it.

Green Goblin resembles nothing of the Joker maybe hints of green in what they wear but that's it, Green Goblin would demolish Joker if they ever had fought.

there is no dc character that resembles the lizard other than killer croc so take it or leave it

A good match is not based off how close their character resembles another appearance wise, but based off how close their power set is to each other.

@Macest128: there are several Marvel characters with more in common with Joker than GG, such as Jigsaw who has a similar delight in mayhem, or Arcade who has similar taste in death traps
