It depends, He or She didnt put in the op if Batman gets prep or not.

If its Random Encounter, I see no possible way for Batman beating Magneto. If Batman had prep, I wouldnt be to sure, I guess it depends how much prep he got.

Magneto does this:

I would think Magneto would win. Since Batmans equepment is Magnetic I believe ( could be wrong ) but, i'm assuming most of em are. Magneto was able to control guns, knives...etc

At best Batman wins 2/10.

@HulkSlayerT1000: Yeah that gives Magneto the upper hand, but that doesn't make Batman defenseless. But also Magneto is good at hand to hand combat.
