Battles are won by death or KO. This is Lucy from the anime Elfen Lied. This is Batman from all the animated movies. For each round Batman starts out of range from Lucy vectors. All battles both characters start 20 ft away from each other. Battles take place on the rooftops at night.
Round 1- Random Encounter. Batman has standard equipment. Batman is unaware of the vectors.
Round 2- Batman has 1 day of prep. Batman is aware of the vectors.
