Round 1 goes to Kratos mainly because you pretty much hung Bats out to dry.
Round 2 Batman. No not because of the almighty prep time alone, but if Batman has information on Kratos, say like his temper, Batman exposes it and wins.
... I didn't read all of it... I need to pay attention... Both are fully equipped for round 2? ... I don't know. Probably still Bats.
