This has been done before.

If its just h2h, then Batman gets bodied. He would never even get past the Seikuken, much less Kenichi's more advanced techniques.

However if he uses tricks, he could pull a win.

in h2h kenichi will come out on top but with stealth and gadgets batman wins

This has been done, kenichi won...much to my suprise at the time. Could pick up boulders bigger than himself n stuff.

Now he has even more feats. It's not a long shot to say he could catch a batarang or maybe even the grapnel, and he can certainly block them with his armguards. Worst of all (for Batman), he doesn't really take the offensive. He's a defensive fighter, so Batman would take the initial offense n just get suckered by kenichi's deceptive stats. I can't see anything Batman can do even with standard gear and stealth attacks that would come anywhere near a blow from Apachai, so Ken's damage soak, speed, and power would likely enable him to end the battle immediately with his first counter.

If not, then Kenichi has no problem with a lasting battle, either, but Batman would certainly be reluctant to get close so he'd probably go for an enviromental or just try to string him up.

For the possibility of being caught off guard tied up, Ken only takes it 9/10 IMO.

@thelocust619: No reason he couldn't. A few YOMI members caught shuriken thrown at them from a hidden vantage point in very casual ways.

He'd probably get wrecked by a Mubyoshi.
