Batman has entered in marvel and the dark phoenix has destroyed the world. he has thor hammer, captain american shield and the silver surfer board and Magneto's Helmet. will he be able to defeat Jean grey (the darkphoenix)? he knows to use them like the original owner. he has prep.

Batman fuses Thor's hammer's mystical abilities with the surfer's board..and...and makes a time portal YEAH! that's it! a time portal and goes back to win Jean was a baby, kidnaps her, raises her as his own thus making sure the Phoenix never bonds with her..and...and...um...yeah, he wins! BATMAN ALWAYS WINS!!!!!
Depending on how much prep he gets he MIGHT be able to win. With just his gear, no. But I could see him using those items to make some kind of Phoenix-killing laser or something.
Whoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall posses the power of...Thor. I don't think it's unreasonable that Batgod with prep could think of something.
if pheonix has any weakness at all even a tiny one anything from molecular to psychological, physical whatever anything at all then bats wins with the extra gear and prep

PS. Would the Silver board grant him any powers? Unlike the movie, Surfer's powers are internal and not from the board or is it meant more as a transportation mean here?

b) that wasn't Dark Pheonix, which would be like Batman taking on the Spectre out of DOV

This would actually be a freaking interesting what if arc. I clicked it because it seemed ridiculous, but what you provided the bat with makes an interesting premise. I would love to see mags' helmet painted with bat ears ;). One of the coolest threads I've seen.
The battle would be more interesting if......ok it wouldn't make a difference in the battle, but wouldn't it be cool if Mageto's helmet could actually grant it's wearer Magneto's powers? And the Surfers board the Surfers cosmic abilities?
Straight fight? DP. Batman with prep? Batman and not the way you guys are thinking, he doesn't need all that stuff in the OP. We all know all DP wants is some lovin' and who better to give it to DP than the one guy that pretty can seduce any female in any reality, cosmic and beyond? His prep? Dinner, dancing, intergalactic romance cruise.
Next thing you know DP is all like "Brucy baby, what should we do for our honeymoon?"
