Batman's armor.. At least some of them are bullet proofed. Depending on which one he wears, he might even take a high caliber sniper bullet to the head to without any bruises. So the only place to shoot him is/are the eyes or mouth areas.

batman's been targeted by deadshot. Bourne doesn't compare.
Of course you can punch with an elbow and you can hit someone with a knee. Someone hasn't even watched the bourne series. Their both normal men, no powers, just highly skilled and angry.

Are you high? Even without Gadgets or Tech Batman would break Jason in half Jason would'nt even hold his own against Bats in a h2h fight Bats would pretty much knock his ass out in about 3 seconds making Bourne look like a complete joke Which he is btw
now if i remember rightly bourne wins here he makes a fool of the american cia using little resources mini coopers and he has been in over 4 books identity supremacy ultimatum legacy sanction betrayal objective deception so bourne wins in my eyes batman uses high tech gadgets while bourne uses mini coopers magazines pens books pistols every day tools

Jason is a good fighter but he's no match for The Batman. I don't even think it's even be close. Batman knows sooo many fighting styles, has to many gadgets,the intellect,the resources would be to much for Jason.
As much as Jason has feats no real-life human could replicate, The Batman is way above his league. Let's not forguet we are talking of a man that battles superpowered beigns on a daily basis, whereas Jason only fights mere mortals.
Bruce pulverizes Bourne even without Bats' gadgets, let alone with his battle-suit and all he carries in it.
