Vs
Round 1 : Morals Off, Blood lust on, Battle in the city of metropolis. They each get 2 days prep with semi knowledge of their opponents. This prep time cannot however be used to tamper with the battle field however they can look at the layout of the area and such.
Round 2: Business Battle in a no holds corporate battle with each trying to take over the others company via their own company. Who has the brains, business savvy and most important of all money to execute a hostile takeover.
Round3: No weapons random encounter in character hand to hand combat match.
