Why does Batman have T'Challa's suite? I mean— it's in my understanding that Bruce Wayne, who is a billionaire by the way, could afford to have his very own hotel suite. Does he decide to use T'Challa's suite because he is in the mood for Wakanda-style hotel service and hospitality? I suppose that would be understandable if that were the case.

Tony actually bought the entire hotel just so Bruce would have to go elsewhere. T'challa, being an honorable sort, graciously allowed Bruce the use of his rooms.
