First off a disclaimer, I find tony stark to be an insufferable dick who has been one of the biggest wrenches in the Marvel Us workings for the last 10 years now,

So First round the Wealth and resources fight. While Bruce Wayne has added on greatly to the fortune that his parents left him he usually uses a stand in or a proxy to run his company. While The same can be said for Tony be is more hands on and shown to be a relentless capitalist when he actually shows interest in the company over his suits.

Now this fight I would normally give to bruce, the man is on par with Captain america for godsakes, but tony has a secret weapon. His extremis. The Nanobots hooked up to his brain allows information to flow to him at an unbelievable rate, which One would only assume would transfer to his H2H. If he Can see and processes Bruces punches at a superspeed rate he should be able to dodge them. His Physical Shape is far supassed by bruce but he is in greatshape and besides the extremis He has been trained by cap, Not the same category but it still counts for somthing.

Fully suited Batman Doesent Stand A chance. With nearly ANY of Starks armor Morals off stark wins. With Armor Like extremis or Bleeding Edge Its Like Nuking a Racoon.

Yeah, Tony is an alcoholic...and it's caused him some problems...but Bruce doesn't now the first thing about running a business. Handing the reigns over to someone else doesn't make you a good business man. And try not to be so condescending when you are talking to people. That can get you in trouble.

Ok, you are a moron, Bruce was the one that turned millions of dollars into billions. His company is at it's prime because of him. You just proved that you have never read a comic with Batman in it.
