Batman vs Iron Man (With a twist)

Bruce somehow goes to the Marvel Universe. There, he manages to steal the Mark 41 suit from Tony. He brings it to the Batcave in the DC Universe, and modifies it. He added the gadgets he used in all the Arkham games, plus with Tony's gadgets. He also changed the metal, so that he can fight efficiently, like motion sense. It was as if he is Batman in a Iron Man suit. Meanwhile, Tony finds out where the suit is, and travels to Gotham. He meets Bruce, and the battle begins!

Bruce is familar with the gadgets in his suit, and has mastered fighting inside the suit. It also has all the abilities the original suit has.

Bruce's suit is resistant to any kind of hacking and EMP. Tony can't shut the suit down.

Tony is in the Mark 43 suit, and gets 15 minutes of prep time.

This is a gadget showdown, and H2H combat in their suits.

Morals on for both sides.

@arkomz: Does Bruce get any training with the suit?(flight, using Tony's tech, etc)

@batbro15: Yes he has some time. In the post I said that his is familiar with the fighting and the tech.

Bruce stomps easily

Tony shuts of Bruce's suit, effectively making it dead weight. He doesn't need to hack his own suit to shut it off.

@stormdriven: I would assume while Bruce modified the suit, he would have overridden Tony's control over it
