Batman vs Iron Man (animated series versions)

Batman, DCAU version

vs

Iron Man, original cartoon version

They are fighting in Washington DC. To win one must kill or incapacitate the other. Both are in character. They have basic knowledge of each other. They have one week to prepare for the fight, during which they have access to all of their resources.

Opinions?

No. They have access to all of their equipment, weapons, vehicles, buildings, employees, money, etc, but obviously not to other super-humans. The fight is between Wayne and Stark alone.

Wayne wins, Iron Man was soooo slow and Batman can actually harm Ironman.

Iron Man gets destroyed because Batman can easily penetrate bulletproof armor with a batarang

Do you guys have examples of Iron Man being particularly slow and Batarangs piercing bullet-proof armour?
