Tony Starks spends 1 month drinking martinis on the beach, then puts on the Bleeding Edge armor and wins, relatively easily.

Batman simply can't measure up to that.

We meet again @CitizenBane: All Iron man can do is hack his communication system and detective mode, so I don't think Iron man can do anything that will actully stop him from fighting, but Batman has an advantage because he'll probably accuire Iron man's armor and use it against him.

Iron Man can do what Dr. Polaris did and set off all the electrical circuits in his suit to blow, and Batman cannot do anything of the sort.

Batman still cannot do anything of the sort given that Doc Ock needed Stark's own tech to defeat him.

Seriously, you can't just say Iron Man without reasoning. Come on, with a one month prep time, Tony would be getting drunk, while Bruce would create an anti-Iron Man weapon.

Batman doesn't have anything to his name, that comes even close to that. Nor does he have any feats showing he's capable of creating anything close to it.

this is not a suit battle its a prep battle an i would give the edge to batman he has better prep feats if this was a robot building battle i would give the edge to stark

@SirMethos: he does not need to build anything to beat ironman, if this is a battle of prep ,batman will be more prepared than tony .all i see him doing is building some super ironman suit while batman on the other hand if he wants to win,he will go all out example he could steal dr fate helmet or some other Artifacts end of battle like i said if this is a prep battle which it is batman if this is building a robot suit ironman would win

Tony starts with the Bleeding Edge armor(which already puts him above anything Batman has been shown to build), and with his intelligence currently augmented(by the BE armor) to the point of being the number 1 mind on earth, there isn't really much Batman can do.
