Batman vs Goku

Goku confronts Batman because he's scaring all the civilians. Goku tells him if he doesn't stop that he's going to come after him. Batman tells him, if thats the case so be it. Goku tells batman to meet him at a desert in one month so they can settle it ones n for all. Goku sees that batman's level is really low so he doesn't train. On the other hand batman prepares for the fight. He creates a controlled bane venom, that makes him more durable, stronger, and faster. He also creates an Exo skeleton suit to makes him even more durable, stronger, and faster. He takes his most powerful equipment, including, acid bombs, sonic guns, electric shock gloves, etc. he also arrives there with his batwing that he equips with nuclear tip missiles.

Who wins ?

Batman can beat Superman so he can beat Goku.

If Batman can fight and beat Superman multiple times and even take on the entire Justice League singlehandedly while still in his early years, no prep, and NOT get blitzed, explain how Goku will blitz him.

That's because Batman works with, and knows Superman and the JL well. He knows jack about Goku, hence the murder-stomp.

Batman's made contingency plans for everyone so he's probably already prepared for Goku.

Even if Batman possessed knowledge of Goku, what makes you think he is fast enough to tag him with "heart-disease"?

And for the record, Goku has much faster reaction speed than Superman (Don't turn this into a Goku VS Superman debate), but since you implied that Batman can tag Goku since Batman could tag Superman, I had to defend Goku.

Only way Batman is winning is via sabotage his food and insert heart diseased. Aside from that he have no real way to beat goku with this condition, even with a gl ring. And it took batman 20 years of prep to beat a moral on superman so yeah 1 month of prep in a h2h fight means Goku ssj god stomp.
