Batman, the same way Richard Reeds did it, but prob will ask for help from everyone on the universe. Although he was pretty useless during the Imperiex catastrophe, I think the only shot I remember is him pulling on a falling building to save people. But with 5 years of prep, I'm pretty sure he's got this in the bag

Lets look at the facts here. Reed Richards has beaten Galactus. Reed is just a smart human who can stretch. Batman is an extremely excellent detective. If Reed can do it, there is no reason that Bats couldn't with 5 years of prep. Thats 5 years to solve the mystery of how to defeat Galactus, Bats is completely up to the challenge.

Batman is one of the top minds, in DCU. dude comparing him to a caveman shows your level of DC knowledge which isn't very much.

yes i meant reed. it takes reed days to build stuff... but it takes bats months to design acquire stuff and has things in his cave that he has bn working on for yrs.......... reed richard builds technological wonder on a regular basis with weeks and months that blow away what bat does
Who needs technology? Batman's prep is all a manipulation of other people and events and when need be technology. Batman uses Mister Miracle's Mother Box and teleports into Galactus' ship and retrieves the Ultimate Nullifier. He grabs the Medusa Mask and simply tells Galactus he is not hungry. He throws Jean Loring's black diamond and a powerful flash bang and scares him away. He tricks Mxyzptlk or Batmite into hiding Earth. Sics a Sun Eater on him. He banishes him to the Phantom Zone.
No one said that Bats has to built something to stop Galactus, he just has to find something or someone who can. I mean did Reed build the ultimate Nullifier? Nope.

nah,.... pretty sure dedmanwalkin was serious when he made his statement.
I am sure his got some anti-galactus gadget on his belt. He has no need for prep, Batman is allways prepared for anything.

Then when Galactus is in shock from the awesomeness of this Batman pulls out his anti-galactus gadget and owns Galactus !
it IS Batman, and his utility belt is nothing short of amazing... but this is Galactus. this isn't just the Superman-level guys he's used to owning somehow.
the biggest difference between Batman and Reed was discussed in the other thread. Reed has the Deus Ex Machina Factor. nothing trumps this, not even the LoebForce. Reed could theoretically come up with something that could own TOAA or The Presence. Batman can't even theoretically come up with anything at that level. he only has the Bat Factor. great. that puts him at or around Superman's level, meaning he can only take out the same guys Superman can.
