I dont think it matters if they know or not. When Batman has his prep time he thinks of every little thing that can happen in a fight. SO if they know or not, he'll have a plan for them.

SO yeah, I think with enough prep time, he can beat everyone.

I definitely believe he could defeat anyone! "Bat-Shark Repellent, anyone?" Okay even without the insanely packed to the rim with odd gadgets utility belt from the 60s, he could beat any villain, hero or creature! --that was an interesting sentence, try repeating that 5 times really fast =P

Just comics most anime and manga type characters are too insanely powerful and it's one on one bats's is good but not even batman can beat everyone at once.

If they have a weakness, he'll find it and use it. If they don't he'll find someone else who can beat them and manipulate them to do it. Then deal with that person later.

I don't know, I've never really understood how batman fits the criteria of super hero. He has no powers and relies soly on gadgets. So I guess if he was fighting someone else that totally relied on the same things that he does then yeah he probably could.

I'd say that if the other party involved also had prep time, batman couldn't beat several people. I mean...he's smart, and cunning but is he Dr. Doom smart? or Mr. Fantastic smart? I don't think so. Hell...give V some prep time and he'd sure give batman a run for his money.

Bats loses to the following, Galactus, Silver Surfer, Onslaught, Doomsday, Zarathos, Mephisto, Thanos, oh the list goes on... so in short no Batman can't beat anyone, he a normal human being, an exceptional human being, but still just human

Define do you think so, if dr doom can beat or stale make galactus,oe sliver surfer than batman can doo it,

if he can defeat martain manhutter"jonn" than he can beat xavier crazier side,

if he can beat superman he can beat doomsdays, and yes the new dd that adapts.

I will say that with enough he can take on most , and with others he can improve his odds greatly if they are dumb( and they will be, because that what he does) and make mistakes.

i say go though some of the trends here, and see how batman may have lost or why some say he could lose, i would sugguest looking at black panther vs batman trends, see what was said, and go from there .
