Well Dock Ock goes head-to-head with spider-man.

He can lift up to 24 tons. If batman has prep, he might be able to take him, but IDK.

I give it to Doc. He is a class 20+ villain, Most of batman's villains are lower than that. He often hurts Spider-man in fighting. Spider-man outdoes Batman physicall in everyway.(Strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and senses)

I say Doc just grabs batman up, and rips him a part. They can stretch pretty far, farther than batman can reach. It only takes two tentacles to take him, the other two to block attacks.

But if Batman has prep, we all know how he is with prep, being able to take all JL.

In other words,

Batman with prep.

Doc if Bats doesn't have prep.

Doctor octopus. Before anyone brings up batmans projectiles I would like to point out Otto has deflected projectiles in the past.

Why not? He's deflected arrows, bullets, lightning, etc.

Batman managed to go head-to-head with Superman and other powerful heroes and villains. Batman wins.
