Batman vs Doctor Doom - Battles

These two have 5 weeks of prep and they can use any of their gear they normally use it's a night Arkham City (where you beat Solomon Grundy) and every 2 minutes 5 Thugs will come and fight them both and this is until K.O so who wins.

@sammystorm75: I'm a fan of Batman, not a "bat-fan", but a Batman fan. I've seen debates where Doom is pretty amazing with prep. I see a little way of Batman being able to beat him, but doom wins 7.5/10... maybe even 8

Doom makes Batman seem like a 30 year old guy who likes to go trick or treating all the time Doom has magic,better tech,more land and better feats i mean what has batman ever done with prep thats makes him so amazing doom beat surfer and galactus batman should learn to wear his underwear right before this fight doom could just give him a weigie before the fight begins.

If this battle is played out 1,000,000,000 times batman does not win 1 not even close...Doom is smarter, a better scientist, has magic, stronger, more durably and much greater power...very uneven battle.
