Batman VS Deathstroke (with rules)

Hey guys, I want you guys to decide; Batman or deathstroke who will win

RULES: They both fight in the batcave.

Batman's gear: 10 batarangs, 5 smoke pellets, a grappling hook, and 3 explosive batarangs.

Deathstroke's gear: his sword, dual fully automatic pistol with 6 mags, and his assault rifle.

Both start from 5 meters away. no prep time

They win either by KO or incapacitation.

Both can use the stuff in the batcave for an advantage.

So who will win guys enjoy!

P. S. If you think this is been already done, this one has RULES. So please be nice and answer this for me. Because i want to make unique battles with rules.

@jammy158: Actually, I didn't see where it said they could use anything in the Batcave which gives Batman a huge advantage. Slade wouldn't really know where anything is, so I give Batman the win.

If he uses stealthy correctly, I can see him taking this.
