Terry wins because of his suit. It can fly and enhances his strength and agility by ten. And Slade is stated as being as strong as ten men so their strength would be the same. Put that with Terry's gadgets and all the other things his suit can do I see him winning.

Terry's strength is greater than strength of some average man right? I know that Bruce is more than 10 times stronger than average dude.

@bigcimmerian: Terry isn't nearly as strong as Bruce but he is stronger than the average man. So the suit may actually put his strength above slade's

Deathstroke still takes this with ease. He outclasses Terry in every way.....Strength, Speed, Smarts, and much more.....

Terry has the better stats but he isn't skilled or smart enough to really take down Deathstroke.
