Bats just had one of his arms cut off by Joker and has to now fight a bloodlusted Damian. WHO WIN?

Batman still wins. I think it would be a better match up if Damian weren't bloodlusted, as he'll probably lose concentration, while Bruce would remain calm.

When you have to cut off a guys arm and bloodlust the other guy you know the battle is pointless.

Damian already showed that he cannot control his anger, he lost to Alfred in chess because of it. Batman would win.

Well if the Joker JUST cut off his arm, shouldn't Batman worrying about the bleeding.
