Both are trying to prove who is the better fighter

Fight takes places in a Gladiator arena

Round 1:Hand to Hand,Moral Off

Round 2:Bat has swords and cap has his shield,Morals on

First person who gets knocked out wins

Been done use the search function. I would say cap wins due to stats but batman is the better fighter

Round 1 : Batman (Even Batman is weaker physically, he has the edge on the h2h combat, i also think he has better reflexes, but not sure)

Round 2 : Cap'n (Well, Captain is pretty skilled with that shield, and he has many tricks, a pair of swords wouldn't get through. Also, with morals on, i really doubt that Batman would lunge at Captain in a way that he could show danger to Cap'n, as a thrust or a slash could kill Cap'n)

Round 1: Cap... He has superhuman strength and could take Batman in my opinion.

Round 2: You said morals on in this round, but they are both using deadly weapons...hmm... well if morals are on then that means that Captain A wouldn't be able to use his shield to his fullest ability and Batman wouldn't be able to use his swords to his fullest ability. I just see a battle where Captain is blocking Batmans attacks because Batman wouldn't really be trying to hurt him at all.. I guess this is a stalemate round? Cap wouldn't throw his shield into Batman either or use it against him because it would hurt Batman, but Batman would be holding back as well because he wouldn't want to hurt Captain so this is basically just a simple practice sparring between the two in my opinion, so I would say stalemate.

If the morals were off in the 2nd round then it could go either way but I would have to give it to Cap the majority of the time.

Round 1:Cap he is physically superior and is a good enough fighter to take Batman on 7/10

Round 2:Cap is much better with shield than Bats is with Sword so he wins 9/10 or 10/10

Sorry, but this and variations of it have been done so many times.
