Nothing of that article proves Cap will beat Batman, itjust gives Cap a ton of praise why low balling Batman.
The only valid point the list makes is his physicals but Cap isn't so far out of reach in terms of physical it puts Batman at a huge disadvantage. Before you call Slade beat Batman so Cap would, realize Slade and Cap are two totally different opponents with two different mind and skill sets. Slade is better than Cap due to his 90% Brain usage, h2h (lthough Cap is better), versatility in weapons and his own set of physicals
Worthiness has nothing to do with who would win, Lady Shiva is way way less worthy than Cap and she beat Cap in a fight, so would Bronze Tiger.
His military training isn't a huge factor since Batman has received training that would make him equal or greater to Cap in this area.
Batman's Gadgets are better than Cap's shield. While it is a good weapon its not nearly as versatile as Batman's gadgets. And in this particular match he got enough gadgets to beat Cap.
Batman's has a gifted tactical and strategic mind as well, there equal here.
Batman's not egotistical, and he not going to underestimate his opponent.
Batman is the better fighter of the two. 127 Mastered styles and he even knows every pressure point and nerve strike in the human body, as well as Dim Mak ("death touch") techniques. These can cause dangerous pain to his enemies which can lead to dizziness, numbness, unconsciousness, temporary paralysis, disorientation, and even death, yeah Bats is better.
And lastly Batman never admitted that he would lose. He said that he COULD (could being the key word), doesn't mean he would lose.
The fight was a stalemate, they matched each other blow for blow and neither of them were gaining any advantage.
