Bruce Wayne's Batman with all of his toys.

Steve Rogers with no super strength, but with all of the skills he has developed over the years.

Both sides have a half hour to prepare themselves.

The battle takes place in an urban environment that is not Gotham. This is not a fight to the death, but instead until one of them submits.

Steve doesn't have Super Strength. He's Peak Human. I think he lifts "maybe" 1,150 lbs maxed (read that somewhere on these boards).

Bruce is Peak Human too, he lifts 1/3 that though I believe (400+ lbs). Batsy has toys, don't cut Cap's strength advantage here...

Even without the strength, make him 400+ lbs too, Cap takes his share of victories here. As is, NO restrictions, Cap wins the slight majority.

In a cross-over recently, Batsy admits he would lose to Cap in a sustained fight btw!
