Superspeed, reflexes, healing, etc. are all characteristics of superhuman.

@leo-343: @cosmicentity: No, he's not. Cap is just tweaked to the very peak of human potential. He is a "peak human", but more than that, the most topped out of all the peak humans (Batman, Panther, Daredevil, etc.). Cap is basically the ceiling.

No, he is only "enhanced" to the peak of his human body's potential. Just because he used a serum to get there doesn't mean it's automatically superhuman. His body runs at optimum performance constantly, which is what separates him from the others.

Handbooks classify him as peak human. I'm sorry you were misled.
