Been done.
Boba Fett wins. For starters, he has more lethal weapons to kill and hunt. While Batman usually has non-lethal weapons to fight crime. Boba also has better armor. It's lightsaber resistant. Add that to the fact that Batman doesn't have a lot of lethal weaponry, Bruce is going to have a tough time beating Boba. Not only that, but Boba is skilled enough to beat and even kill Jedi. Without prep too. And as far as I'm concerned, Batman is not capable of beating Jedi without prep.

I told you I don't have proof. But he's JediXMan. I don't know if you know this or not but he and Silver are the most knowledgeable Star Wars fans on this entire site.
Just because he's prepared to fight them, doesn't mean he'll win against people more powerful then him.
I didn't have to name just the two. But I'll gladly tell you why none of the weapons you mentioned will work on Boba.
Bat darts: Boba Fett has blaster-fast reflexes. He can dodge it easily. Cyro Capsules: Boba Fett's helmet has gas filters. Goo gun: As mentioned above, Boba has blaster-fast reflexes and can dodge it. Not only that, but if (a very big if btw) the gloo gun did stick him to a wall, he could easily activate his jetpack or flamethrower. Flamethrower: Boba's armor is heat resistant. One time he had to use his own flamethrower on himself to get some blood-sucking insects off of him. Batman's explosives: Boba Fett has survived bombs, gas stations blowing up and then shot in the chest, three encounters with the Sarlacc, and has walked off a missile launched at him. I highly doubt Batman's explosives can put down Boba. The guy is insanely durable.
Riddler, I will admit isn't that challenging, but Joker? Joker is Batman's archenemy. Of course he gives Bruce a hard time. And Bane has also beaten Batman. But the point is, none of Batman's villains are as nearly as powerful as Jedi. Speaking of which, yes Boba Fett has beaten Jedi without prep. He beat Rahm Kota in the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 graphic novel. I'll be happy to put up scans for you some other time.
And actually, Boba Fett started training to be a bounty hunter since he was just a kid. So actually, Boba also has more experience than Batman does.

Batman's explosives: Boba Fett has survived bombs, gas stations blowing up and then shot in the chest, three encounters with the Sarlacc, and has walked off a missile launched at him. I highly doubt Batman's explosives can put down Boba. The guy is insanely durable. Riddler, I will admit isn't that challenging, but Joker? Joker is Batman's archenemy. @Silver2467: I know he dodged aim in the SW: TFU 2 novel but what about when he fought 4-LOM in Shadows of The Empire? When Boba was delivering Han to Jabba and 4-LOM repaired himself and sent out a signal transmission to Bossk. Boba went after him and they had a fight. 4-LOM didn't really take the time to aim but he would of hit Boba's leg if Boba didn't dodge it. I wish I had the scan right now but I can't seem to find it. But I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.

Boba Fett dodged a blaster shot from 4-LOM. It would of hit him in the leg but Boba was fast enough to move his leg out of the way. They were pretty close too. About 5 ft. I can't find the scan right now but I'll try to find it online.

Boba Fett dodged a blaster shot from 4-LOM. It would of hit him in the leg but Boba was fast enough to move his leg out of the way. They were pretty close too. About 5 ft. I can't find the scan right now but I'll try to find it online. He can dodge just about anything Batman throws at him. Boba Fett also has his jetpack which would give Bruce an extremely hard time to hit his target with that thing. I'm just curious have you even ever read a Boba Fett comic? How cold is it? A scan of Batman using the Cyro-Capsule would be appreciated. Also I imagine Boba could also dodge it with reflexes or his jetpack. He's beaten street-levellers that are more powerful than him without prep yes. But they aren't as nearly as powerful as Jedi. And superhumans Batman has beaten that are more powerful than Jedi he either used prep, special weapons, or PIS. Since when could Batman walk off missiles, thermal detonators, concussion grenades, etc.? The greatest durability feat as i recall is being bulletproof. But that doesn't mean a missile or a concussion grenade or a thermal detonator. Even a blaster bolt would do. Show me one scan of Batman's basic suit surviving a heavy explosive without having any effect the suit or himself. What makes you think Batman could even get close to Boba? He has a freaking jetpack. If Boba is super humanly fast why would Batman be able to match that?
Boba Fett is in no way super human. he's less physical than Jango was and relys mostly on tech, rep, and cunning. In my Boba Fett OMNIBUS!!!!! He doesnt take a piss without hours of prep. He would win though just cuz his armor is literally impenetrable. Lightsaber resistant i dont believe so. The story where he whips out a saber on vader isnt canon but its there. He would get rocked physically but his gadgets are far more deadly than anything batman has and batmans are made for incapacitation. His explosives arnt heavy duty. If i had a scanner i could show you fett walking through grenade blasts, being sety on fire and taking no damage to him or his armor.

Yes I know Batman has taken out people more powerful than him. But it's either due to prep, special equipment, or PIS. None of which are in the OP. I'm aware that Batman has some lethal weapons. But not as lethal and numerous as Boba's weapons. Boba usually carries stuff like an EE-3 carbine blaster, Z-X miniature flame projector, Mini-Concussion Launcher, Concussion grenade launcher, DUR-24 Wrist Laser ,Jetpack missile (I'm not aware of it's actual name), Lightsaber (though he only uses it occasionally), Sonic grenades, Thermal detonators, Rocket dart launchers on the kneepads (can be both lethal and non-lethal), etc. All are weapons that are meant to kill. Meanwhile Batman has batarangs,some explosives, and maybe a couple of other devices, that are capable of killing. He chose his arsenal so he could take out criminals without killing them. Yes Batman has a crapload of training and would actually beat Boba in a hand to hand fight. That is correct. But this isn't a hand to hand fight and it is also irrelevant. A friend told me that actually. I am not aware of how he obtained lightsaber resistant armor. But I do know that he obtained it in 40 ABY and that JediXMan knows the specifics of it. And he doesn't need lightsaber resistant armor to beat Jedi.
He doesn't actually have lightsaber resistant amour,i was just wondering where you heard it from,and Batman has taken out enemies with out prep or gear,yes he does have alot of equipment to take out criminals but he has the training to use it.Batman has much more weaponry than you give him credit for,he has Bat darts (a type of tranquillizer) Cryo Capsules which release an acid upon contact when broken,a Bat goo gun,able to fire a goo like substance,he does actually have a flame-thrower as well.His suit and cowl are fire retardant.Combine the list of weapons above with Batmans higher fighting skills mean he would win.
My friend and JediXMan tell me otherwise (referring to the lightsaber resistant armor). And, I mean no offense when I say this, but I'd take their word about Star Wars facts over you any day.

But Batman has trouble beating people like Joker, Bane, Riddler, etc. Meanwhile, Boba Fett is capable of defeating experienced Jedi Masters with no prep and the greatest of ease. So really, Boba Fett is the more skilled one here.
Tranquillizers? Goo guns? You honestly think that comes close to rockets and thermal detonators? I'm talking about lethal weapons. Yes, Batman has a buttload of devices and gadgets and probably has more gadgets. But his gadgets aren't as lethal as Boba's. Boba Fett's weaponry has more killing power and is more dangerous. None of the gadgets you have listed are capable of taking down Boba. The difference is is that Boba's weaponry is meant to kill while Batman's weaponry is not. That's why he has the better and more lethal weapons.

But I'll gladly tell you why none of the weapons you mentioned will work on Boba. Bat darts: Boba Fett has blaster-fast reflexes. He can dodge it easily. Cyro Capsules: Boba Fett's helmet has gas filters. Goo gun: As mentioned above, Boba has blaster-fast reflexes and can dodge it. Not only that, but if (a very big if btw) the gloo gun did stick him to a wall, he could easily activate his jetpack or flamethrower. Flamethrower: Boba's armor is heat resistant. One time he had to use his own flamethrower on himself to get some blood-sucking insects off of him. Batman's explosives: Boba Fett has survived bombs, gas stations blowing up and then shot in the chest, three encounters with the Sarlacc, and has walked off a missile launched at him. I highly doubt Batman's explosives can put down Boba. The guy is insanely durable. Riddler, I will admit isn't that challenging, but Joker? Joker is Batman's archenemy. Of course he gives Bruce a hard time. And Bane has also beaten Batman. But the point is, none of Batman's villains are as nearly as powerful as Jedi. Speaking of which, yes Boba Fett has beaten Jedi without prep. He beat Rahm Kota in the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 graphic novel. I'll be happy to put up scans for you some other time. I'm not saying he can dodge everything. All I said was that Boba Fett has blaster-fast reflexes. Meaning he can dodge anything that is slower than that. You have listed nothing that is faster than a blaster. Can he dodge a bullet? No.
For the second time, no Batman is not more experienced. Boba was trained by his father since he was a kid. Batman wasn't trained until he was grown up.
I don't understand why you find it so hard to believe Boba has lightsaber resistant armor. It's not like it's lightsaber proof. Just resistant. And yes Boba Fett does have good reflexes. But I can prove to you that his armor is practically blaster proof. And if his armor can take blaster bolts. It can sure as hell take batarangs or anything else you mentioned. Don't worry. @Silver2467: I know he dodged aim in the SW: TFU 2 novel but what about when he fought 4-LOM in Shadows of The Empire? When Boba was delivering Han to Jabba and 4-LOM repaired himself and sent out a signal transmission to Bossk. Boba went after him and they had a fight. 4-LOM didn't really take the time to aim but he would of hit Boba's leg if Boba didn't dodge it. I wish I had the scan right now but I can't seem to find it. But I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.

I never said that Boba isn't fast and just because i said his armour isn't lightsaber resistant doesn't mean im not aware of how durable his armour is ,you didn't have to go to the trouble of putting scans on but it is appreciated.And i did back up my statements its hard though when i dont have a scanner lol.Again because Boba was trained when he was younger doesn't make him a more experienced fighter.

If you were aware of how durable his armor was, you would of most likely realized that if Boba's armor can take blaster bolts and explosions, than he can take anything you listed. It also appeared to be the same situation with how fast he was. However, I was corrected by Silver that he could dodge aim, not blaster bolts. But that doesn't change the fact that Batman can't really tag Boba.
Yeah. I used to be in that situation. Not having a scanner sucks.

You said earlier that he used it on Clayface. I'm pretty sure cold temperatures is more effective on clay than the human body. I do not believe it would work on the human body. Let alone Boba's armor. Has the Cyro-Capsules ever worked on a human being before?
I do know about both characters quite alot actually,
If you actually knew anything about Boba's armor, you would know that Batman would have a significantly difficult time hurting him with unarmed blows, and in which case arguing about his martial prowess is meaningless, especially since chances are Boba would be flying.

Which is about his only advantage at this point. But are you honestly expecting us to believe that Boba would be tagged by a concrete or ice pellet that Batman just throws at him? Let's ignore the fact that Boba could simply blast those out of the air mid-flight and the fact that he can evade them with his jet pack: when has Batman ever started off a fight using those? Or if you have no intention of him throwing ice capsules from the start, he probably never would at all. Boba will be shooting at him constantly, and with is targeting apparatus, homing missiles, and area effect weapons (flamethower, explosives, gas grenades, etc.), Batman is short of a means to win.

Making a thread and then arguing that one character wins is generally a bad idea.
