Batman 6/10 or 7/10. Black panthers tech is better, and they seem to be near each other in intelligence, however, i believe that bruce has a more tactical and strategical mind in comparison to T'Challa who is more similar to tony stark or reed richards, more technological and scientific. I Think that with the given prep time batman would be able to out strategize T'Challa for the win.
@sumafatrider: That makes no sense, how would Batman suddenly win if Black Panther became evil? In my opinion I still think Black Panther could take this.
I'm not saying who would win, because the fight is unbalanced from the get-go. If you put Black Panther in the vilbranium suit, the win will have nothing to do with his skill or ability. He wins because his suit is indestructible. For a fight that actually tests both characters, and has results that are based on what they can actually do, he has to fight without it.

If the suit outside is beaten, thrown, hit, etc. T'Challa will feel the kinetic force on the inside. It's all about physics.
As for the thread, I think T'Challa would win (63%) for the majority against Batman in this preparation battle scenario. T'Challa has access to far more better resources than Bruce and it doesn't give enough preparation time for Bruce either. T'Challa is going to bring out his vibranium suit plus a lot more which is a little too much for Bruce to handle.

If he's younger he'll be in better physical shape, if he's older he'll have combat exp but be in less physical shape...so if bats started training and let's be optimistic here at 15 he would 25 yrs of training, panther has been training since birth...edge panther...panther curb stomp!

Your post contradicts itself. How can one character have an "edge", and curbstomp. To curbstomp, he'd require a large advantage, not just an edge.
No it doesn't Im saying bats is most likely 40, if he's to much older his physical deteriorates greatly and if he's to much younger he's not been alive long enough to become a true combat/h2h expert so 40 averaging the best of both gives him best physcical stats combined with combat expertise and it doesn't come close to the panthers.

@dondave: Yea it does actually. Sounds weird, it being owned by Batman and all. But, remember Batman designed it with countermeasures and defensive systems. In JLU it had a beam that just destroyed the land.

oh nice.. i knew he was upgraded to superhuman but i didn't know to wat extent. i hear he generate "weak" forcefields or the such, and teleport too

All though this thread was made when Black panther had the heart shaped herb so I suppose that is the version we are using.
thanks a lot for the scans I will check these out.... there is debate about feats with teleportation, cloaking, and energy shield was a manifestation of his new powers or tech.. do you know which is which?

He seems to touch his wrist as if he is pressing a button when he uses his energy shield and before he teleports on the 3rd page he again touches his wrist as if he is pressing a button. Seems like he needs to change the features. This is just speculation however.
