Battle takes place in Madison Sqaure garden in front of a sold out crowd.

Who wins and why ?

Bats wins. I think his reflexes keep him from getting hit wIth a haymaker. That, coupled with his knowledge of pressure points and such- one good strike and Bane goes down. I know Bane is no slouch, but if I understand Bats correctly, he has mastered over 100 forms of martial arts, which should include several H2H skills. He also has more resources than Bane so the prep is in his favor too.
