If you don't want this battle considered a mismatch I suggest you give Batman no weapons at all (just his body) and make his morals on (but he'll kill if he has to). That'll make the battle much closer.

There is a good reason for it happening, it is accurate.

I do not like the "Batman wins everything" mentality even more than most, but he does walk all over this one.
