Batman wins. Batman dodges bullets as a matter of course. That and lest we forget, gas pellets, couple with phenomenal gadgetry in his own right. Master at stealth and deception ... master at exploiting weaknesses (even in the heat of battle and this, without his vaunted prep) and the best friggin straight up hand to hander in the DC U.
