Batman easily, it's a mansion the killers have no knowledge of the house while he does he can easily get to his equipment. And once he's suited up it's not much of a contest, especially considering the manor does have defenses and the equipment he has in the cave makes this a stomp.
The power go's out almost immediately after he wakes... NO manor defenses would work... Also each of the killers listed has never needed prior knowledge to be effective as killers... they've at least shown their ability to kill Random people in almost any situation...
Random teenagers, not one of the world's greatest martial artists, especially once suited up he gains all of the advantages, Infared and Nightvision lenses, so like I said he becomes the hunter with those and his knowledge of a mansion. And he can easily get directly to the Batcave through the access tunnels in the Manor.
The biggest obstacle batman has to accomplish comes before he gets any of his gear... He doesnt know how many people are in the house or what they look like... Michael myers moves silently... Chucky's size gives him stealth & the element of surprise ... and jason whom batman is most likely to see & hear coming... will likely be there as a distraction or bait batman's attacks... I agree that once batman gets his gear he can go on the offensive but he isnt any more durable than a random teen without his gear
Except there's several ways into the batcave from the Manor, including access vents in the house which the killers have no idea where there at. And it doesn't matter what they look like, anyone in his house he will know is an enemy. He moves silently, but not silent enough to sneak up on Batman the only person who can do that is Nighwing and Myers is certainly not a Nightwing. Chucky is made of plastic, any steps he takes on the stone floor will echo in the Manor, the same for them all. And he won't need to be more durable he's many times faster, and much stronger then the people these killers typically hunt.
And I'm still not sure how you think they find him given that Wayne Manor is typically shown to be three stories high and an extremely high number of rooms. There not finding him in the Manor especially as a group, that like a needle in a heystack.
