Unlike the San Diego police force in the Lost World, the Gotham police department is actually trained and equipped to handle situations of this caliber. Rather than use pistols and assault rifles that would likely just bounce off the Rex's scaly hide or cause only very superficial injuries, they'd bring in rocket launchers, heavy machine guns, massive stun weapons, and other things to either kill the Dinosaurs or incapacitate them to allow them to be captured and brought in for study. That being said, with his gadgets, Batman can probably take down one or two Tyrannosauruses at a time with ease.

However, there is substantial evidence that T-rex hunted in family packs. This could mean he'd likely be facing more than just two at a time. This would require Wayne to be very cunning, trying to dart in and out of a Rex's killing weapons, such as it's "strong enough to crush tank armor" jaws, it's claws (contrary to popular belief, a T.rex's arms were actually very strong for their size, and the claws were sharp, likely made to help a T.Rex keep it's victims from moving to line up it's bites), it's stamping feet, it's swishing tail, and of course, a T.rex's sheer mass and incredible strength (from what we know of Tyrannosaur anatomy, they were VERY muscular, even by Theropod standards, pound for pound, they were by far the strongest of the meat eating dinosaurs) means that even light impacts from it would cause horrendous blunt trauma to a human.

That being said, I say Wayne can take it with some knock-out gas grenades and a nice ambush spot and then have the K.O'd Rexes discretely moved to a Wayne Industries funded Zoo as the main attraction, saving the day, benefiting a zoo, and making a tidy profit all at once. Because he's Batman. If he attempts to play the Rex's game though...well...
